Raúl has more than 30 years of experience covering and understanding business in Latin America.
Prior to joining Industry Exchange as partner, he was Business Intelligence Director at Business News Americas (BNamericas) for 10 years and Editorial Director at AméricaEconomía for 12 years. He has been a regular columnist at Expansión, Mexico’s largest business magazine, and contributor to a number of international business information services.
Raúl has created and designed more than 60 business conferences and round tables in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and the USA. He has been speaker and moderator at large international conferences like the ABAC-APEC Summit in Lima and Santiago, and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship Summit in Campinas, Brazil.

Jay has more than 25 years of experience doing business in Latin America.
He is the Founder of Industry Exchange LLC, Sr. Advisor to Southern Pulse, and Co-Founder of Business News Americas (BNamericas).
Industry Exchange is a niche focused industry events and media company based in Austin, Texas. With extended roots into Latin America, the company drives awareness of market opportunities and the complex issues that revolve around them. As Chairman, Jay engages with industry experts, investors, government officials, and C level executives to facilitate and foster international trade and economic development.
From 1999 until 2013, Jay was the CFO and COO of BNamericas and was responsible for the overall financial health, growth trajectory, operational efficiency, business development and general performance of the Company. During his tenure, the Company grew revenue by more than 30% year on year for more than 10 years in a row while maintaining profitability the entire time.
Jay has a Master's Degree in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, and also obtained his Private Pilot's License from the Dirección General de Aeronáutica (DGAC) as a member of Club Aéreo Santiago, Chile's oldest civil aviation society.
